NVD’s Japan Club celebrated Japan's Labor Thanksgiving Day holiday by honoring first responders for their contributions and hard work. In addition to a baked goods donation to the Demarest Police Department, they will be donating 50% of the proceeds to Valley Hospital! #NVDpride

Educators from the Bergen County Zoo visited Mr. Paris' Japanese classes to kickoff their new partnership! Students will translate animal description signs into Japanese as part of a larger project for zoo patrons. The visit included "Toothless," a blue-tongued skink! #NVDpride
