CarePlus, a local non-profit agency, is an incredible resource to support mental health, recovery and well-being.~ They have such programs as: a wellness group for teenage girls, a 'parenting with common sense' class for parents and a 'freedom from anxiety' group that helps teens learn coping skills - among many others.

We invite our Northern Valley families to visit the CarePlus website and review upcoming offerings.~
Perhaps CarePlus may be of some help for you or for someone you love.
