200 Club of Bergen County Affiliation Scholarship

Deadline - 03/25/2020You must adhere to this deadline unless otherwise informed by their organization
To be eligible, the student must be a graduating high school senior and the child or stepchild of an active, retired or deceased Bergen County law enforcement officer, fire fighter or ambulance corps member.  This includes: FBI, DEA, ATF, NJ State Police, Palisade Interstate Commission Police, Port Authority Police, Prosecutor's Office, Sheriff's Office who work in Bergen County.  Applicants may qualify on their own merit if they are members of the ambulance corps, police or fire auxiliary and have been so before September 1, 2019.  The Affiliation Scholarship application may be found on the 200 Club web-site, 200club.org under the Scholarship heading.
The 200 Club of Bergen County will be awarding six (6) student's $5000.00 each.

National Council of Jewish Women

In order to apply for this scholarship you must be a NJ Resident, you must be a natural or adopted descendant of a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Dept of NJ, a graduating senior and submit a typed essay of no more than 500 words on: "My Vision of America, and what I would do to improve it."

North Jersey Football Officials Association Scholarship Fund

The North Jersey Football Officials Association, through its Scholarship Committee, will make scholarship awards of $500 each to graduating scholar-athletes.  Qualified scholarship candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
Must be graduating from high school during the current academic year:
Must have played football for their high school throughout their senior year

Effective School Solutions and the Madison Holleran Foundation are awarding four scholarships, each worth $2000 to four high school seniors in the state of NJ who exhibit innovative ideas regarding how mental health supports can be enhanced in the K-12 school system. Mickey Corcoran Scholarship

This scholarship is available to any NVD student athlete who will be graduating in 2020.  The scholarship was established in the name of the late Mickey Corcoran, he was a teacher, coach, athletic director, referee in Bergen County high school sports for over 70 years.  This scholarship is available for one male and one female student athlete.  You must have the following characteristics: respect to teammates, opponents, officials and coaches.

Nancy Wallace Youth Volunteer Scholarship Award

The Nancy Wallace Youth Volunteer Scholarship Award is presented to student that over the past two years has completed a minimum of 50 hours of volunteer work and maintained a GPA of 3.5 or greater.  The student must be under the age of 19 on the day of the application deadline. An award of up to $250 may be given annually.

William E. Remington Good Citizenship Award

The William E. Remington Good Citizenship Award is presented to young men and women, 21 years or younger, who are members in good standing of the Ridgewood YMCA. Shyong Dental Group Scholar Award

Woman's Club of Haworth Scholarship

2020 ALNNJ Academic Scholarships for Architecture Students - Posted on 4/9/2020

One scholarship of up to $2,000 may be awarded.  Eligibility:  High School Seniors who live or attend high school in our geographic territory (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic & Sussex Counties) and have been accepted to an NAAB Accredited Architecture Program at a college in the United States or U.S. Territory.  Not sure your architecture school is accredited?
